UPDATED: The development order for Pavilion Damansara Heights approved in November 2017 is for five office tower and three mixed serviced apartment-hotel block. Of the three residential towers, one will house 209 serviced apartment units in 38 storeys in a 42-storey tower. The second tower at 43 storeys will have 140 hotel rooms from levels 10 to 19, and 222 serviced apartment units from levels 21 to 41. The third tower will have 12 levels of hotel rooms (240 units) and 28 levels of serviced apartment (270 units) in a 42-storey block.Jendela Mayang Sdn Bhd is part of the mega Pavilion Damansara project along Jalan Damanlela, off SPRINT Highway. This development company is majority owned by Tan Sri Desmond Lim Siew Choon who is also the executive chairman and substantial shareholder of Malton Berhad. That parcel of freehold land was sold to Jendela Mayang by Selangor Properties Sdn Bhd for RM450 million in cash. The second phase onwards of the commercial construction includes one block of 48-storey offices, one block of 20-storey office and one 12-storey block of office. The last phase is the 42-storey hotel and serviced apartment block.
